The Davis City Utilities department provides water and sanitation services for citizens, organizations, and businesses. Located directly inside Davis City Hall, the department features a convenient drive-through payment window, as well as an option to pay by phone or via bank draft. Customers can start or stop services by visiting this department as well. 

City Hall is open Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm and can be reached at (580) 369-3333.

The following forms are available to assist you with Utility Service:

New Residential Service click Here. Requires $25 non-refundable service fee and $75 (cash or check) deposit for owner occupied with proof of ownership or $125 (cash or check) deposit for tenant occupied with lease/rental agreement and photo ID.

New Commercial Service click Here. Requires $25 non-refundable service fee and $175 (cash or check) deposit with proof of ownership or lease agreement, photo ID and proof of authorization to conduct business on behalf of business entity, unless sole proprietorship.

ACH Authorization Agreement click Here. Payments are drafted on the 15th of the month or the following business day.
