  5.  Consideration and possible action to approve Permit No. WL000050170741 for the construction of 106 linear feet of six (6) inch PVC potable water line, 928 linear feet of eight (8) inch PVC potable water line, and all appurtenances to serve the Washita Plains Addition, Murray County, Oklahoma.
